PARAFEN™ 100 Oral Anthelmintic for Cattle and Horses
Ready to use broad spectrum worm drench for control of benzimidazole sensitive mature and immature roundworms and lungworm in cattle, and for the control of large strongyles, small strongyles, ascarids and pinworms in horses.
Product Specifications
ACTIVE CONSTITUENT: 100g/L FENBENDAZOLE
Dose Rate (Cattle): 3.75mL PARAFEN 100 per 50kg bodyweight (7.5mg fenbendazole/kg bodyweight).
Dose Rate (Horses): 1mL PARAFEN 100 per 10 kg body weight (10mg fenbendazole/kg body weight). To control Strongyloides westeri in foals a dose of 5mL per10 kg (50mg fenbendazole/kg body weight) is required.
Withholding periods:
MEAT (Cattle): DO NOT USE less than 14 days before slaughter for human consumption.
MILK: Zero (0) days.
MEAT (Horses): DO NOT USE less than 28 days before slaughter for human consumption.
